1858 legal size wrapper from Cape Town to England with two Perkins Bacon 6d pale rose-lilac on white paper, formerly a pair, tied by large triangular obliterator, paying the double rate, endorsed “P Mail Steam Celt at lower left, red crayon “2” (2d credit to Cape), London arrival and Cape Town despatch, some toning and minor soiling, scarce; ex Burrus, Shulenburg (R-L Sale 1988 #8192, lot 154) and Guy Dillaway.
