1858 legal size wrapper from Cape Town to England with two Perkins Bacon 6d pale rose-lilac on white paper, formerly a pair, tied by large triangular obliterator, paying the double rate, endorsed « P Mail Steam Celt at lower left, red crayon “2” (2d credit to Cape), London arrival and Cape Town despatch, some toning and minor soiling, scarce; ex Burrus, Shulenburg (R-L Sale 1988 #8192, lot 154) and Guy Dillaway.
