On the front a stunning example of the superbly struck fancy crown TO * BE DELIVERED FREE in black, being his personal Penny Post handstamp and on the reverse an indented oval 6-O’CLOCK EVs/27SE27 timestamp, a stunning showpiece and the unusual usage of a non Governmental Free Letter sent under the personal patronage of Edward James Baynes
