1937 UPU SPÉCIMEN handstamp in pale green on UFSR “Union of Romanian Sports Federations” scouts set, stuck on the original fragments from the Portuguese Colonies. Stamps depict football, swimming, skying, rowing, hunting, javelin throw, horseback riding. Mixed condition, normal for these rare items.
