1937 UPU SPÉCIMEN handstamp in pale green on UFSR « Union of Romanian Sports Federations » scouts set, stuck on the original fragments from the Portuguese Colonies. Stamps depict football, swimming, skying, rowing, hunting, javelin throw, horseback riding. Mixed condition, normal for these rare items.
