1884 (Jan 29) envelope to the USA with 1882 4d rose perf.12 tied by “B” barred oval and Norfolk PA transit, with “SHIP” framed hs adjacent, underpaid with “DUE” hs and ms”4″ with a pair of pen-cancelled US postage due 2c above (Scott J16, being a very early usage as only issued in 1884) , reverse with despatch and Denver (Colorado) arrival, fine and attractive franking; cert.
