1884 (Jan 29) envelope to the USA with 1882 4d rose perf.12 tied by « B » barred oval and Norfolk PA transit, with « SHIP » framed hs adjacent, underpaid with « DUE » hs and ms »4″ with a pair of pen-cancelled US postage due 2c above (Scott J16, being a very early usage as only issued in 1884) , reverse with despatch and Denver (Colorado) arrival, fine and attractive franking; cert.
