1916 “FEE PAID” of Jeddah: Commercial envelope to Suez with a very fine strike of the second Type Fee Paid mark from Jeddah, being “FEE PAID” with ornaments either side (Uexkull Type K), used only in September and October 1916, while awaiting the distribution of the new Hejazi stamps, on reverse “DJEDDAH/3” (21.9), “SUEZ” (29.9) and Egyptian “PASSED BY CENSOR” handstamp, very fine and rare
