1916 « FEE PAID » of Jeddah: Commercial envelope to Suez with a very fine strike of the second Type Fee Paid mark from Jeddah, being « FEE PAID » with ornaments either side (Uexkull Type K), used only in September and October 1916, while awaiting the distribution of the new Hejazi stamps, on reverse « DJEDDAH/3 » (21.9), « SUEZ » (29.9) and Egyptian « PASSED BY CENSOR » handstamp, very fine and rare
