Morelia 13c blue lithographed (consignment #120-1866 sub 1, only 200 stamps sent), dor between “r” and “E” of “Correos” and retouch on “E” of “Mexicano”, cut into at foot, otherwise good margins, on attractive cover from Pázcuaro to Morelia, dated September 8, 1866, tied by two-line “FRANCO EN / PAZCUARO” hs (Schatzkès # 962). A fine and very scarce cover from a small town.
