Morelia 13c blue lithographed (consignment #120-1866 sub 1, only 200 stamps sent), dor between « r » and « E » of « Correos » and retouch on « E » of « Mexicano », cut into at foot, otherwise good margins, on attractive cover from Pázcuaro to Morelia, dated September 8, 1866, tied by two-line « FRANCO EN / PAZCUARO » hs (Schatzkès # 962). A fine and very scarce cover from a small town.
