1915 (Oct 20) O.H.M.S. envelope addressed to H.C.E. Barnes in Nairobi, franked with set of six 1915 (Sep) German East Africa fiscal stamps with “O.H.B.M.S. / MAFIA” in circle, tied by blue Mafia cds with further strike on reverse, very fine and very rare philatelic franking, signed Bühler, cert. Scheller (2021) (S.G. £8’900 as single used stamps).
