Barnes in Nairobi, franked with set of six 1915 (Sep) German East Africa fiscal stamps with « O.H.B.M.S. / MAFIA » in circle, tied by blue Mafia cds with further strike on reverse, very fine and very rare philatelic franking, signed Bühler, cert. Scheller (2021) (S.G. £8’900 as single used stamps).
