1883 (Dec 15) Envelope to St. Kitts with a neat “PAID / AT / MONTSERRAT” crown circle (type P2) with ms “2 1/2” UPU rate, despatch and arrival cds adjacent, some minor toning, a rare handstamp with only 15 recorded by Britnor in total and only 4 recorded used provisionally in the 1880s, this being the earliest known of the provisional usages Catalogue
