1883 (Dec 15) Envelope to St. Kitts with a neat « PAID / AT / MONTSERRAT » crown circle (type P2) with ms « 2 1/2 » UPU rate, despatch and arrival cds adjacent, some minor toning, a rare handstamp with only 15 recorded by Britnor in total and only 4 recorded used provisionally in the 1880s, this being the earliest known of the provisional usages
