1848-59 Post Paid 1d orange-vermilion, earliest impression, pos.2, good to very large margins with rare negative “3” barred circle thought to be from Souillac (see note 1 on p.50 of Ibbotson’s “Mauritius Postal History and Stamps”, some slight oxidising of the colour, very fine and rare (SG £18’000)
