Lot 41215 – China circa 1914 presentation book with specimens

1914ca. presentation album inscribed cover by Chinese Bureau of Engraving and Printing containing a selection of postage and revenue stamps, all imperforate and handstamped SPECIMEN in violet, containing First Peking issues to $10 (not including the later printed values), Great Wall Revenues 1c., 2c., 10c., 50c. and $1 plus six other Revenues; a couple of pages may be missing from centre of book, there is some toning and the $5 Hall of Classics oxidised, still a remarkable book, only very few produced.
