1923 two perforated blocks of blank perforated stamp paper, both signed by Drag Dimitievic, Director General of the Posts and Telegraph, Belgrade and both dated 4.XII 23, one marked A and the other B, the first a block of 36, the other 42, some perf separations, plus a letter dated 7 Fev 1924 from Thomas De La Rue explaining delay in printing stamps; interesting historical items
