Description
1959-1980 Lot with 3 constant plate flaws/errors: ‘1.68’ instead of ‘1.60’ of the Youth Festival stamp, ’20 Baini’ instead of ’20 Bani’ Fish stamp and ‘broken M’ in ‘MALTA’ in the lower left stamp of the block of 4 from the Chess Olympiad stamp. All mint never hinged, very fine.
