1943 WW2 rare censorship marking from the occupation of Transnistria, Russia: superb clear CENZURAT BIRZULA No 2 marking on stationery postcard sent on 23/8/1943 from Birzula (now Podilsk in Ukraine) to Bucharest, arrival 25/8. Scarce, very fine condition.
