1933/1934 Two constant plate flaws/errors: 10L blue from the Transylvanian Martyrs set with broken ‘O’ in ROMANIA (Mi. 483 I) & 25b Mamaia Jamboree Scouts with ‘/’ between SIBIU and ‘+’ at base. Both mint never hinged, in fine to very fine condition.
