1858 Bull’s Head 27 parale black on rose horizontally laid paper, a used example with good to large margins all round, corner creased at upper left, cancelled by red crayon and by large part FOKSCHANI / MOLDOVA datestamp (..9/9) in blue. Repaired over thin at mid right, despite the imperfections, a stamp of fine appearance, considerably better than the photograph in the Heimbüchler Handbook I on page 275, illustration 6.
