1943 (16.8.) printed envelope for Election Ballot from Thorshavn franked Denmark 20o, top with two OPENED BY/ ARMY/ U.S. EXAMINER No. labels folded over to reverse, with blue initials as opposed to number, they appear to have been applied before the stamp, presumably applied before application of stamps as it would have been a large mailing, all with identical content, unusual
