1941 set of five Yugoslavian stamps of Postal Employees, 40,000 of these sets were found and on the fall of Yugoslavia and to use them up the new postal authorities overprinted single sheet of 25 of each value with three-line overprint, submitting them to the head of state who rejected them as the map on 4din was no longer correct, fresh hinged mint set, Dr. Rommerskirchen Cert (1883) and handstamps; a rare set
