1830s-1940s, Varied accumulation of mostly mail to India with some pre-stamp including 1839 entire Newport to Bangalore with m/s “Postage Not Paid”, reverse with “Returned For Postage”, both crossed out and “2/6” added, 1902 1d lilac cover to soldier in Essex Regiment, South Africa endorsed “Try 2nd Battn in INDIA”, KGVI correspondence from 1937-44 to Assam, some other incoming mail with noted 1890s uprated Chilean stationery envelope, 1892 Cape of Good Hope cover to Bombay via England; fair to fine (60+).
