One-page typed letter signed by Byrd, dated 24th June 1919, referring to the recipient´s previous letter to Roosevelt (Assistant Secretary of the Navy at that time), asking for exact distances of each leg of Byrd´s transatlantic flight; ex Roosevelt, Kallir and Bolaffi.
