Description
1840 1d black pl.4 PA/QF used block of twelve with large margins all round, neatly cancelled by crisp strikes of the red Maltese cross, showing double letters on PA and QA, a few faults as to be expected of a multiple this size, though in no way detracting from the stunning appearance of this incredibly rare exhibition quality multiple being one of the finest blocks of this size of any plate.
