1846 (Apr 29) 2d Mulready envelope sent within London and uprated with 1841 2d blue pl.3 FD, three margins and small scissor cut in “F” square, both cancelled by London Inland “70” numerals with Fleet Street T.P. two-line despatch hs, reverse with London ds, a very rare uprated late usage.
