1846 (Apr 29) 2d Mulready envelope sent within London and uprated with 1841 2d blue pl.3 FD, three margins and small scissor cut in « F » square, both cancelled by London Inland « 70 » numerals with Fleet Street T.P. two-line despatch hs, reverse with London ds, a very rare uprated late usage.
