1920 Persian Consular Post in Baku. 1911-21 24ch on reverse of envelope sent to Tauris from the Persian mission PO in Baku, tied by the special large violet circled mark “Postes Consulaires Persanes / BACOU”, with Enzeli transit and Tauris arrival adjacent, obverse with and Ardebill transit, British Military censor No 550 and a very fine registered cachet in matching violet, a superb and scarce cover.
