1861 8r black on red-brown, vertical bisect, tied by FRANQUEADO EN COLIMA (Schatzkes 178), with a “5” handstamp under the stamp, and stamped 1 reales postage due to right of stamp, on fresh entire letter datelined 29.6 1863 to Guadalajara; a very scarce bisect with additional features of postage due and a late 1863 usage.
