Combination franking The Netherlands & China: 1913 picture postcard sent on 2/8/1913 from Vlissingen to Pekin, on arrival the pencil name and address were reinforced with black ink and redirected on 13/9 to Peitaiho “West End”, arrival cancellation on front. The Netherlands stamp is missing a corner, and some other small faults not detracting from this rare and unusual forwarded circulation. Fine.
