1896 (Mai 15) envelope to Bucarest, franked violet surcharge set of three all tied by two strikes of COSPOLI-CONSTANTA-BUCURESCI date stamp, arrival cds to right and on reverse, vertical filing crease clear of adhesives and some slight toning, also with black surcharge set on envelope to Medgidie and a forged violet set envelope.
