Description
1903 ‘Effigies’/Palace Post set: unfinished/undenominated die proof of unadopted design, inscribed “MCM” (1900) at top, instead of the adopted “MCMI” (1901) in black on thin yellowish card. Unrecorded by Cohen. Rare, very fine condition.
