1866 Prince Carol 2 & 20 parale on thin, wove paper in unused blocks of 4. The 2p block has a margin at right and is from the Annex part of the sheet (transfer types 4-5/1-2). The 20p block may also be marginal on the left (transfer types 1-2/4-5). The 2p block is unhinged, while the 20p block has two hinges; otherwise, very fine with large part og.
