Lot 81067 – 1862 3 Parale complete sheet of 32 on thin white wove paper, printed singly from a die

1862 3 Parale complete sheet of 32 on thin white wove paper, printed singly from a die, with the inner rows in deep yellow, the outer rows in bright yellow, with two overlapping pairs. Some creases and small faults, eg. some repaired marginal tears, a few pin holes mainly in the margins, but overall fine to very fine condition of this rare item, in mostly not hinged with full original gum condition. Heimbüchler (p.93) estimates that only 10 to 15 complete sheets of the 1862 3 parale exist. A similar sheet sold in 2007 for CHF10’500. Cert. Cherata AIEP (2024)
