Description
1860s(?) seal of the Sculeni quarantine/ disinfection station on small paper fragment glued on card. Sculeni located in Iasi county, was at the border of Moldavia and the Russian Empire, but no such seal seems to have been mentioned in literature. Very rare. Auction
