A part of the band is still on the paper and the stamp has good margins. 2. Fragment of a newspaper (dated on Nov. 16th, 184) franked from Athens at 1 lepton (rate for a newspaper/periodic up to 30 grams for inland & international). A part of the strip is kept below the stamp. Good margins.
