18711 (November 24) entire to Sheffield, England franked perf 9 1/2 3s., 5s. and 15s. tied by two fine double ring Constantinopel cds, red framed P.D. below and at bottom left framed W.Fr./ 8, disinfected with small vertical slits that affect the 15s., reverse with Wien transit and Sheffield arrival (DE 6).
