1864 (Nov 4) wrapper from Port Elizabeth to Middleburg franked with pair of 4d De La Rue deep blue paying the double internal rate for a double letter, stamps with fair margins with one close at right, cancelled by barred oval numeral “2” in black with despatch hs adjacent, reverse with red oval wax seal of “BLAINE & Co. PORT ELIZABETH ALCOA BAY”; ex Dillaway.
