1861 Woodblock 4d deep bright blue used, huge margin at right to close but clear at bottom, deep colour and a particularly strong impression, neatly repaired at right, a very fine looking example of this scarce Woodblock shade; cert. RPS (1979) as a generic blue shade (S.G. £5’500).
