1861 Woodblock 4d pale bright blue showing “retouched” plate on right hand corner, mixed margins, lightly cancelled by CGH cancel leaving the retouch completely visible, fresh colour, thinned at left corner and faint corner crease at right, otherwise a fine example of this rarity, thought to be scarcer than the corresponding error of colour; ex G.
