1971 official stamp 5p green with overprint “Refugee Relief”, unused without gum, vertical strip of ten imperforate and misaligned so that each row has 1 1/2 stamps, with overprint misaligned, with additional overprint on reverse also misaligned. A very rare unit, with horizontal folds.
