Envelope sent from the “Ministero di Marina” (Admiralty) in Florence (cachets front & back) to the Commander in Chief of the Italian Navy Division of South America in Montevideo, with 1863 40c and 60c tied by “12” dotted numerals, carried via France with Lanslebourg transit then to London and Southampton and put aboard RMSPC SS “Oneida” to Montevideo, no arrival, a very fine franking with military interest.
