Envelope sent from the « Ministero di Marina » (Admiralty) in Florence (cachets front & back) to the Commander in Chief of the Italian Navy Division of South America in Montevideo, with 1863 40c and 60c tied by « 12 » dotted numerals, carried via France with Lanslebourg transit then to London and Southampton and put aboard RMSPC SS « Oneida » to Montevideo, no arrival, a very fine franking with military interest.
