Great Britain. 1861 (Jan 16). Wrapper from London to Cobija, with 1855-57 1s green pair tied by London “11” numerals, carried from Southampton onboard RMSPC “Seine” to St. Thomas, then SS “Tamar” to Colon and on to Panama February 7th where it was transferred to PSNC steamer; an attractive franking to a scarce destination.
