Wrapper from Bilbao to Buenos Aires, with 1860 2r in two pairs and two singles tied by segmented double circle cancel, taken from Cadiz on a P&O packet via Southampton to London July 5th, back to Southampton and put aboard RMSPC “Tyne” to Buenos Aires with ms “2/4” domestic charge, five stamps with wide margins, some minor ink etching in the address panel; a rare triple rate franking.
