1912 (April 24) Registered cover from Shanghai to Berlin, franked by 1907 overprinted 14k strip of five, tied by “SHANGHAI POSTE RUSSE” cds’s (T&S Subtype 6A), an infrequent usage of the registration label in Russian being overlapped by a similar type in French according to the UPU rules, bs on arrival, very fine.
