1914 Printed envelope sent registered to Holland franked 1913 Romanov 10R pair (one stamp faulty) and single tied on arrival in Copenhagen with framed “Paquebot” hs (Hosking type 547) and registration label adjacent, London transit and Rotterdam arrival bs, a scarce registered paquebot mail as UPU regulations made no specific provision for the handling of it, ex Dr. Casey.
