Sumy: 1870 Envelope sent locally within the district, to Novo-Sukhanovka village of Tereshkovka volost, franked with imperforate 5k dark carmine tied by the undated “Sumskaya Zemskaya Pochta” head post office postmark, a little toning otherwise fine, Sumy covers are exceedingly rare (Ch. 9).
